I have never met Joe , though I have spoken to him a few times.
Did some biz in the past.
He'd say I screwed him on some deals , I'd say he screwed me.
We prolly broke about even. ;-)))
He knows more about this biz than a lot of people taking joy in his current problems.
I get no pleasure from seeing it and I certainly have no wish in swinging the boot at him when he is down.
To paraphrase Mike , "He may (to some) be a snake , but he ain't a weasel" ( yeah , call it professional courtesy) ;-)))
Hope it all washes out and he is back in the game refreshed.
