I once knew another designer who was a moderator of a board as well..

He too was a good designer..

It seems desginers, moderators, and hot heads all seem to be a package deal now days all in one..

Im looking for a good designer, but im figuring you are probably exclusive, or Im just not elite enough and you cant distinguish board dynamics from biz and you wont work with me.
