You seriously can't be calling me a computer idiot ... because if I am one, what category do my parents (and all of the rest of your customers) fall into? my parents have been using a computer for 2 years, don't want the 'feature laden toolbar' on their machines, and yet IT ENDED UP THERE. Its THEIR computer, not yours ... if they want a toolbar (why would they!??!?!), i'd find them one that is much better than the crap you offer.
