so a toolbar with features that people traditionally pay for, that transmits no personal information, installs no other software and builds no profiles is "spyware"... and thats just as bad as disconnecting dialups and calling moldovia?
you're making yourself look ignorant. kinda like people who optin to join4free lists but call it "spam" when they get it. or people who sign up for trials and scream "fraud" when they get rebilled because they didnt read the fine print...
everybody hates new technologies, methods, whatever when they first come out... then margins get tighter and they begin accepting things as the way.
