Ok, when you cannot associate the signup with any affiliate, then who gets the credit. If you are a typical program, then you get the credit (rightfully so).

Like I said, if the surfer turns off their cookies, and is brought in by one affiliate, but ends up signing up through another one, that affiliate will get the credit for the signup. Nothing I can do about that. I do my best.
