meaning the spider bite and treatment lowered his immune system enough that he was more prone to get infected then if he had been in good health.
Doesn't matter now, the industry is now right in the crosshairs of the CDC. Let's hope that it appears that the biz is taking this very seriously and acting responsibly so the argument can be made that we regulate ourselves.
