Fuck em. If you aren't enjoying a board anymore there is no reason to bother with it anymore. Simple as that. If you get enough out of a board business or personal wise than the time it takes posting there then it is worth staying at and posting! If not then fuck em and leave. A board is worth what it is to YOU and noboy else. If the good outweighs the bad stay and post, if not, then fuck em.
