Hmm...
just turned on the laptop up here in the living room. The only thing I did was to go to google (which is set as my homepage) and then into Oprano. The only thread I had looked at was this one. Hit the home button ot go back to google and I got hit by two pops in a row. This has never happened to me before so I am thinking that maybe JSasshole maybe seeded a post or two with some stupid java tricks perhaps ?
Tried to rack it down but can't seem to trigger it again.
Oh well...things that make you go grrrrr....

Apologies for casting dispersions. Traced the popups to an adware package that got in when my daughter was playing on the net yesterday.
So, sorry Jsasshole for impuning (sp?) your stellar reputation in any way.
