First of all, being banned at GFY is a prerequisite of sorts for sucess in this biz nowadays... Serge has been banned, weasel been banned.
And if being a flagrant spammer and willing to do anything for cash was a reason to not do business with someone, then Nick would be a poor motherfucker right now and I guarantee you that he isn't.
It is about principle. If someone personally fucked you over, go right ahead and flame on. If you know for a fact that someone has fucked someone over, again go right ahead and take them down if you can.
