How many instances do there really need to be before it should be taken seriously? I mean, they are openly spending taxpayer money to run a team that does nothing but investigate adult content, they have publically stated their intention to go after even vanilla porn, and there are more prosecutions going on right now then there have been in the past 10 years combined.

Hoop, I am not happy with Ashcroft's stance, but I think this industry has pushed to many boundaries and needs to be curtailed some. Do I want Ashcroft doing it? Not really, but who will.
As far as who I am voting for, the lack of porn prosecutions is not even in my top 10 concerns politically.
