This is where "logic" and motivation comes in: WHY would anyone want Confucy blocked from the broadcast OR the board?
If anything, it would be a perfect set up - we know she's unable to hold her tongue and so far it's gotten her legal trouble. With a PRO, if she came on to the chatboard accusing Kevin of hacking her phone/computer and commenting on what he said on the show, she gets an all expenses paid vacation to exactly where she has condemned Kevin for being. If anything, I'm betting the parties involved wanted her to listen.
In addition, the phone and computer hacking accusations don't make sense. Everything Kevin and Darci have said regarding how they had their process server deliver her groceries DOES make sense. There was no reason to hack ANYTHING.
But I'm sure the FBI will clarify that since Confucy has already reported it.
