Carrie, if someone was threatening you, would you show up in court to a bullshit case created by the person threatending you?
this wasn't addressed to me, but I wanted to say something about it here.
YES, I would show up in court, esp if someone was doing everything that is being accused here.
If someone was tapping into my phone line, hacking my computer harassing me filing TRO's on my ass for no justifiable reason, you can bet your ass I would be in court
with a lawyer
with proof
KM in this particular instant is a convicted felon. A judge will already be predisposed to think of him as someone who lives outside the rules of society. Throw in that part of this is phone hacking/computer hacking (remember your history folks, the very first elite hackers learned their trade on telephones..........god bless the WAZ) and a judge is going to take a serious look at it. After all, nailing a repeat hacker is worthy of a headline or two AND a federal appointment heh heh.
I have no idea if anything confucy says is true or not..........this all could have happened the way she lays it out, or it could all be 100% bullshit. Doesn't matter.
When I was in the service they had a rule that shocked me.
"The appearance of impropriety."
Quite simply, your ass could get burned if it looked like you were engaged in an inappropriate activity.
Appearances count, like it or not, and confucy failed to show up for the one thing that could have cemented her side as the factual side once and for all. It simply doesn't look good.
