I am not a lawyer, but I would suspect Confucy could easily be looking at jail time if she came on the show due to the TRO. Granted, that would probably FINALLY shut her up, but you might be fighting a fight for her she doesn't want fought. Why would she want to screw herself over by doing something against the TRO?
