Serge wouldn't have made it to Boomsteeg because it's not on the "We Love Taking U.S. Dollars From Ignorant Americans" tour of Amsterdam.
He sees the Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein and Vondel Park and suddenly he's an Amsterdam expert. Very sad.
