This is going to be interesting. From what I can tell there's a lot of bad blood between the parties, both have been around for a long time (with HGV longer, from what I know) and both have the abilities to hire excellent attorneys.
Even if Ron is no longer running/involved, it looks like it happened on his watch, which would probably make a him a party to the suit.
