But Customs and Excise wont let you, even though technically it's completely legal under the EU.

http://www.ciggies.co.uk only to receive a letter from the customs and excise officer at my local sorting office saying that I had to go and pay the duty, if I had payed the duty it would have made them nearly £7.20 a pack... so I just left them
