Terrorists have attack the Olympic games before. It was in Germany and they attacked the athletes from Israel.
Therefore history shows that arab terrorists will attack Olympic games not based on who is hosting, but the actual athletes participating. With US, UK, Aussie, Spanish, and other Olympic teams playing at the games it is still a large target.
Also note, terrorists are the lowest of the low - they kill innocent women, children - they do not follow any rules at all. So any and every target is open.

Dresden was a city with no particular military value and was undefended. We incinerated arguably a 100 thousand people. Men, women children, ministers, priests, doctors, pregnant women, babies, lunatics, old men.
Menachin Begin was a "terrorst". Was he also the lowest of the low? Were we the lowest of the low. Does that mean we still are?
