Yep with the former tenet of the buiilding I bought. I went out of my way to help her and her company, and she is trying to fuck me.
I came up with a settlement for her to opt out of the lease early, then she wanted to stay an extra month ( which put me way behind - setting up my office moving from New Orleans).
