Alex - if you feel that your in a strong enough position to pursue legal action against Nickatilynx I can vouch that his office address is a valid place to serve him papers. He has had that office for many years.. he is not going any place.
Regarding his home address.. I have his own address.. I wouldn't give it to you on my death bed. A man has a right to keep such things private if he sees fit. Regardless of who is right or wrong putting a bounty on someones home address is bullshit.
If you really got screwed then you should go after those that screwed you, but your doing it in the wrong way. You went to the boards to get their attention - to open up a line of communication. Well I would say that line of communications has been established. Pick up the phone and work it out.. if not then serve them with papers. You know your never going to work anything out here on the boards.. its a he said she said.
Note if they won't talk to you then serve papers and head to court.
