I've never seen a site devoted to it, but back when I was pulling off pics from newsgroups for a paysite (this was in 1996 so don't get pissy), one that really blew me away was the pictures of women in large dresses. Almost colonial type dresses - collars to the neck and very very full skirts. They would get in the water and the skirts would billow around them. I can't remember what the fetish was called, but I never could figure out the sexual aspect.......
