Mike there is no drama if people were upfront on their abilities and conducted themselves as professionals....
There were a few times where I couldn't deliver what I said I could for whatever reason and I simply returned the money....I returned it because that is the right thing to do. I don't hide or make excuses. I or anyone else would expect the same decency.
So to answer your question, drama can be avoided 100% of the time if people would do what is right.
