KC I did notice this lawsuit, and I did smile. I do not think this person has a chance, they are violating copyrights after all ( violating the law).

I still think it would be successful against Acacia however, not necessarily to win, but to be able to bring people in and dig around for dirt. My gut feeling says a lot of the big players who settled are dirty in numerous ways. Not just playing the stock market with inside info, but also leaning on other people to settle by misleading them.

This rabbit goes down pretty far into the hole. A good team of attorneys could inflict a LOT of pain upon Acacia and those who settled.
