You are NOT alone. I've never ever received a mail-in rebate payment from anything associated with Best Buy. In fact, we were just talking about this last week. I told the guy "make it an in-store rebate or I'll go to Circuit City" - lol He let me use his employee discount - I think just to shut me up and make me go away.
