I think it was wrong to do it - and I have NO problem with nudity at all. My problem is the way it was done. It was tasteless, and esposed people to nudity who do not necessarily want to be exposed to it ( or have their children be exposed to it).
You mention combat and war footage... I have never seen a football game that shows someone getting their head blown off in the middle of the entertainment.
Janet Jackson, and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves for such a lame stunt.

I actually looked at the clock because I said the same thing about how irresponsible it was when little kids could be watching it. It happened right around 8:30 PM. Not exactly way past most kid's bedtime.
