There was a discussion about it on GFY (someone rec'd a spam for it) and supposedly it kinda tastes like chicken with a sweeter flavor, and has the consistency of lobster. They sell it down in Florida(so we were told). Sounds interesting!

I've had it, and it tastes pretty good.
Sort of like chicken, but not quite. Very tender (atleast the one I had).
I also like frogs legs, those also taste a bit like chicken.
