I believe Michael's basing this comment on Labret himself bragging about how much people "hate" him and bragging about wearing this "hate" like a badge.
However, since it's impossible for any of us to "hate" Labret, he (Michael) used the term "dislike".
If you disagree with the comment, I suggest you take it up with Labret, as he's the one claiming the honor.
