you are in this position because you put yourself there. period.
both of these people will walk away from the board and maybe take some of the things you have said to better themselves ... you however believe the only way to better yourself is to study life instead of living it.
we all work with what we have lab rat ... and none of us has got it right, not even you!
but thank you for the post ... i couldn't agree more on the subject of people behaving like know it alls when they know dick about the subject. I'm more guilty of it than anyone ... but who cares, i'm human ;-)
