Make sure you take lots of Vitamin C, eat well and rest now that you're home. Convention-goers are infamous for coming home with "convention flu" from being around all of those people and germs.
Pumping yourself full of Vitamin C can help put that off and especially making sure you let your body rest up after all the stress you've put it through (rather than hopping right back into work) will really help you avoid the "flu".
