I click more sigs then I do banners. I'm just being honest. Banners are less personal. I don’t think I’d pay for a boring poster and let’s face it, 95% of the posters on the boards bore me to tears. Still, I find myself following threads of interesting people and enjoy reading what they have to say. Speak of that, where is Colin?
I enjoy the boards, really I do. I never spent much time in the past. My sites don’t really heavily promote an affiliate program and most of my revenue comes from private clients and consulting. None of them have asked for my sig or offered to pay me to post. If they made it worth my time I’d love to spend more time on the boards shooting the shit.
I have 3 to 4 days a week, a few hours a day to post if anyone is interested. I can certainly use the money to pay for feed and vet bills. Lol- now there’s a marketing twist- All proceeds go towards the care of adopted farm animals! Actually I just applied for my 501©(3) soooooo it’s tax deductible.
