Zicam IS a miracle drug!!!!!! It is a nose gel. Couple it with "Cold Free" throat spray. One works on your head and nose - the other works on your throat...... both work on that plain 'ole achey feeling. Cold Free spray goes under your tonge, which mainstreams it to your body.
These two over the counter drugs have helped me escape about a zillion colds when taken the minute you feel 'something coming on. When it is too late to stop the cold - they sure make you feel better & I think shorten the duration by a few days. These are a MUST for your medicine cabinet, to just have on hand the next time you feel like a cold may be coming on.
