This is the pathetic spot the Dems have put themselves in. They have to hope for things that are bad for the US in order to get elected. Pathetic, simply pathetic.
Saddam will be around for quite some time. I doubt he will even be tried before the election. There isn't even a court system in place to try him at the moment.
