Time for my December post, I guess.
Mike, I think the political issue of porn is like the political issue of abortion: Everyone plays like there is two side (for or against) when in fact there are three side: For, against, and "up to the individual".
Porn is the same situation: For, against, or live and let live.
I don't think anyone would suggest that a democrat presidential candidate would come out and say "porn is great, I love porn, especially those group sex bukkake videos and that amateur index site I love so much". But I do think they are more likely to land in the "live and let live" category. Bush and Assclown have made it clear that even legal porn (and legal free speech) won't get in the way of attempted procesutions. I don't feel that a democratic president would put the same emphasis on what is effectively a moral issue.
Are the democrats porn friendly? Nope. No open arms... but I don't think they have their (legally licensed) hand guns out to shoot us all either.
