Could someone explain to me what the Conv. and Brought columns are supposed to be? Conv definitely isn't conversion ratio, and I have no idea what "brought" is... how much money those joins brought in (via upsells etc)?
Just sat and ran some numbers randomly and everyone I checked is getting paid $30 per signup. Wonder how high you have to be post-shave before you hit $35.
