PartyPoker has play money, but I would sugest playing in the small $5 tourneys or the .50/$1 tables, since play money has wayyyy to many idiots that are looking just to blow their "play" money... You will have a much better time and learning experience with the small stakes action.
BTW- I will be in the PartyPoker Million3 in March, which is a WPT santioned event.... So wish me luck....
