Thanksgiving is gone here...but..
We were going to be different at Xmass this year.
Xmass Eve was going to be goose , Smoked salmon , smoked oysters and stuff.
Then Xmass Day roast beef , yorskhire pudding.etc
Turkey has always been to old , tough and dry.Talking of which , I ought to call my sister ;-))))
