I am a huge fan of Jettis, however lately I think they have had issues. My number one problem is lack of communication.

This is a good example. Surely they knew there were some issues going on, they should have notified their affiliates THEN, and give them some time to find other solutions. Sending out an e-mail with only 3 days notification is NOT good!!
