If you can squeeze it in, i'd like to know what the maximum possible penalty would be if patents were found valid and they were to sue a webmaster for infringing.

Could the judge award the cost of the license? 100% of the sites revenues? 1000% of the sites revenues?

I just want to know if the attourneys could give the worse case scenario for not paying a patent owners licensing fee.
