I already lived there for 30+ years (Atlanta). Been there, done that, happy to be where I can breath the air, see the stars, not have ANY traffic, never lock my doors, trust contractors, eat fresh fruit and vegetables sold from the actual farm and not have to look at another neighbor.
And 100's of restaurants, plays, movies, major airport, stores etc. is no more than 90 minutes away.
