No it's not.. however Canadian entities can be subject to Acacia's patents if they have a US incorporation or host in the US. We are a Canadian company and we host in Canada, but I believe Platinum has US ties as well.
And people say Canada sucks. WE suck so bad that we actually made broad technology patents illegal long before Acacia could ever become an issue. We must be doing SOMETHING right.
