If I don't get to call in - I have one question that maybe you can have them answer:
I know that with copyright lawsuits, they have to sue you in the state where you live and operate....... is this also the case with Patent lawsuits? or does it make any difference where your server is vs where you actually are incorporated or where your office is?
I think that key question makes a lot of difference to the Acacia ability to sue webmasters.
