Unfortunately dialers mainly have this bad rap here in the US. There are other countries in Europe that prefer this method of billing. The things they are doing today in Europe with web call (broadband dialers), Premium SMS services, etc. are really exciting. I can't wait until this alternative solutions become more available and popular here in the US.
Good info Toolz! I think US webmasters need to become more aware of these alternative payment solutions. As I always say... the more options - the better!
