I talk about the weather. I talk about football. I talk about anything and everything mundane.

I know a great many people who are evangelical Christians. I don't have a problem with them - any more than I have a problem with Muslims, Jews, athiests, agnostics, pagans, zen Buddists, Presbyterians, Pedestrians, Budweiserians, or followers of Reverend Moon.

The folks I have a problem with are the ones who aren't content with governing their own conduct in accordance with the dictates of [insert diety here]. The ones I have a problem with are the ones who want ME to behave in manners that they consider moral. The ones I have a problem with are those that misread "render unto Ceasar that which is Ceasar's" as "try and make Ceasar dictate what we want."

Mike, I suppose I can see where you make the assumption that I am somehow "against" the born-again crowd. It's just not true. I know a lot of really good, really nice people who fit that description.

It's the politicians in preacher's clothing (and the bobble heads who follow along) that I got no use for.
