I'm leaning same way, just wondering if there's a way to outsource it like I would do in mainstream.
In a perfect world, I send a distribution house the master and send them my orders either in realtime or as a nightly batch job and they hassle with the duplication and fulfillment for a cut.
BizOp there for someone if they wanted to fuck with it. I suspect alot of people would play if they could avoid having to handle the goods and fulfillment themsleves.
