It's the lastest craze ! It's a cross between walking and cycling. Kinda like cycling standing up ! So you get all the benifits of walking or running with zero impact on your joints !
Elliptical sales in the US have surpassed Treadmills sales , here in Canada it catching up very fast !
Check out precor's website ! The invented it but there are some really good cheaper models on the market !
