Very good advise Giuseppe... I belonged to a gym before I bought my house and I tried everything. Back then the bike didn't bother my knee so I thought I would go with the low impact.
The girls on the treadmills were always cuter though. Always walking so fast... Too bad I could never catch up to them. LOL
