hahaha Spazlabz, that's funny and so true...

I have a really good recumbant bike. It's a Lifecycle 9500R like you would find in a health club. I'm going to put mine on Ebay... I have a problem with my knee, and believe it or not the bike aggravates it but walking seems doesn't bother it a bit. I'm going to trade the bike for a treadmill...

FATPad, I honestly don't recommend a cheap bike. They never run that well and they don't last. You can get a good refurbished Lifecylce for around $1300 and it will last forever. If that's not what you're looking to spend, I recommend a Tunturi. They make excellent bikes... All the gadgets are what add to the price, so you can save a few bucks by cutting down on those options. Some have more pre-programmed routines, heart monitors, etc... which add up. All you really need to do is pedal your ass off and you can check your pulse by hand, so all the extras aren't really necessary.

And of course you can buy my Lifecycle and save me the trouble of putting an ad on Ebay.

Hope that helps...
