By your thinking, then, Sgt. Alvin York, Audie Murphy, and many others were not heroes, either.
The IQ doesn't have anything to do with it. Your heroes are probably athletes, right? Most of them are about as smart as a doorknob; and they have done nothing that could be called truly heroic. :grrr:
