If you had a true mortgage business you would understand the value of buying real estate - with all the money you have of course you can afford a down payment (besides the fact you can get into many homes/properties with little $ down)

A 404 leading to another opt-in...hmm... Anyone who runs a program sure as fuck better send serveral types of traffic to competitors and track each one diligently.
You also must live in Canada. 1800 a month in this part of town is not too much slick. City living in my neighborhood is something I'd pay a billion for later in life.
