hehe Don't worry, when the baby dick falls off, the adult one will grow in.
It might help to cut it off though ... That tends to speed up the adult one to grow in faster and become much larger.
Oh and don't forget to put it under you pillow so the Dick Fairy can come and give you a surprise in the morning!
