This is a joke a prominent politician once told me. Anyway not the funniest of jokes, I must admit, but lawyers seem to enjoy it.
Two guys are sailing along in a balloon. When the get towards the coast, clouds and a heavy fog and a strong wind. When things clear they have no idea where they are or how far offcourse so they decide they will go lower and ask the first person they see.
They see a man with a suit and briefcase walking along and yell down: "Hey, can you help us? We're wondering where exactly we are."
The man below looks around, looks up and yells up: "Certainly. You are in a balloon." And he turns and continues walking away.
The first man in the balloon turns to the other and says: "Damn, I hate lawyers."
The second man asks "How do you know that guy was a lawyer?"
First man replies "Simple. Because his information was 100% accurate and 100% useless."
